Dibber eligibility
Dibbers must be at least 18, be legally authorized to perform the work in the United States, and complete the required Stripe identity-verification and payout-onboarding process using a valid driver’s license or another government-issued photo ID accepted by Stripe.
Dibbers must provide accurate identity, payout, and legally required tax information. Identity verification does not replace any separate employment-eligibility verification required by law.
Compensation and payouts
Each Gig displays its hourly rate before a Dibber accepts it. The current minimum hourly rate across our pricing rules is $29.50, excluding tips. Gigs may offer higher rates or additional bonuses, as disclosed before acceptance.
Compensation is calculated using the accepted hourly rate and compensable time, together with applicable guarantees, bonuses, and tips. LineDIBS will not retroactively reduce an accepted rate. Tips belong entirely to the Dibber and do not count toward the accepted hourly rate. Platform deductions will not reduce compensation below that minimum or any higher accepted rate.
Next Hustle LLC pays Dibbers weekly through Stripe. The weekly payout day, covered pay period, and expected bank-processing time will be disclosed in writing during onboarding before the Dibber accepts a Gig.
Dibbers must maintain accurate payout information. Stripe or bank-processing issues do not eliminate Next Hustle LLC’s obligation to pay earned compensation within the agreed schedule and applicable legal deadlines.
Violence, Threats, and Responsibility for Harmful Conduct
Prohibited conduct. Customers and Dibbers must not engage in fighting, physical assault, threats, intimidation, stalking, harassment, intentional property damage, or reckless behavior that endangers anyone. You must not encourage, request, or assist such conduct in connection with a Booking.
Personal responsibility. You are responsible for your own unlawful, intentional, or negligent conduct and the resulting harm to the extent provided by law. A Booking does not authorize you to use force, threaten anyone, or confront others to obtain or protect a place in line. LineDIBS never requires a Dibber to physically defend a position.
Limits on LineDIBS responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Hustle LLC, doing business as LineDIBS, is not responsible for injury, loss, property damage, or other harm caused solely by the unauthorized violent, threatening, unlawful, or reckless conduct of Customers, Dibbers, venue personnel, or other third parties. Use of LineDIBS does not guarantee another person’s behavior or safety.
Claims caused by your misconduct. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Next Hustle LLC against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs to the extent caused by your intentional misconduct, unlawful threats, violence, or reckless conduct in connection with the service. This obligation does not cover losses attributable to Next Hustle LLC’s own negligence or misconduct and does not authorize automatic deductions from Dibber earnings.
Safety and enforcement. If a situation becomes threatening or unsafe, stop the service, move to safety, and call 911 when appropriate. Notify [email protected] when reasonably safe. LineDIBS may immediately suspend a Booking or account while investigating a credible safety concern and may terminate access for verified misconduct, subject to applicable law. No one will be penalized merely for making a good-faith safety report or leaving an unsafe situation.
Rights preserved. Nothing in this section excludes liability for Next Hustle LLC’s own negligence, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, overrides the liability exceptions elsewhere in these Terms, or waives any responsibility or right that cannot legally be excluded. Ending a Booking or suspending an account does not automatically forfeit earned compensation or required refunds.
